Emberstar looked at Dawnstar. "He killed many cats in a forest across the LeafClan pine woods. He is evil."
She turned to Scourge. "How would you know? You walk the dark forest of the Place of No Stars. That was your judgement. Revenge is the path you chose, and it came back to haunt you."
She turned her stony gaze to look upward at the stars. "The kits are powerful, yes, but they have no control over what they do.
