LAWS

OOC
- NO Swearing
- NO Flaming

General Laws
- You are permitted as many characters as you can handle
- Absolutely NO copying of Erin Hunt's Characters (such as Fireheart, Graystripe, etc.)
- You may not be more than one high ranking character (pending)
- When RPing, basically, just follow the general pattern of a day in the life of a Warrior, Medicine Cat, Apprentice, etc.

Clan Laws
- Stay within the boundaries of your clan (see below)
- No consorting with other clan members unless it is an arranged meeting or during a Gathering (however, if you have a good enough reason, I may look the other way if you plan on taking part in something secret... ;3)
- Hunting/Patrolling parties are to be organized by the Deputy and/or the Clan Leader
- The Medicine Cat may appoint an apprentice whenever he/she chooses
- To become a member of any clan, you must first go to the Clan Leader and ask permission to become a Warrior/Apprentice/whatever position your are eligible for. The Clan Leader may either accept or decline your offer. If you are accepted, then they will add you to the Clan Roster; if you are decline, I suggest that you go to the other Clans and ask them permission
- If you are playing as an apprentice, you must PM one of the Warriors in your Clan asking *politely* if they will mentor you. Said person has every right to decline your request, however. Clan leader may choose it if you wish, but ask when almost six moons, and mentor must agree w/leader
- The Clan Leader has the right to banish any cat, at any time and at any place, within reason

Gathering Laws
- The Gathering will take place whenever the moon is full(see outside or at top of home)
- No fighting shall take place at a Gathering unless planned out
- The Gatherings are to be held at Four Stones
- The Leaders are to sit upon each stone, going around in a circle until they are done sharing their news; deputies sit at bases of stones
- Do NOT attend the gathering UNLESS you have been chosen by your leader

Battle Laws
- A battle may only take place if both Clan Leaders agree on a date and time
- I shall judge winner unless my clan is fighting
- Winner will be based on how well the posts are done, what the condition of the clan is, etc.
- If you are a Warrior, your duty is to show up at the battlefield and fight with an enemy cat. You may do this by simply picking a cat in the enemy clan and attacking him/her. If the said cat does not respon within a few days, I suggest you pick another cat who is not already fighting
- If one of your Clanmates is having a tough time with his/her opponent, you may jump in and help
- If you are a Warrior, you may retreat at any time, but only the Clan Leader can call for a mass retreat
- Please try to make the fights realistic; don't just automatically bounce back from, say, being clawed in the stomach, and don't godmod/powerplay
- Queens/Kits/Medicine Cats may not fight
- Battles may take place anywhere EXCEPT in the Neutral Territory.

Love Laws
- Clan Leaders and Medicine Cats may not have mates/kits unless planned in plots
- To become someone's mate, both cats must first agree on the matter, then post it in the board "Cat Friends", and be approved and checked
- To have kits, both mates must agree. Once that is done, then the female officially becomes pregnant and must move to the Nursery until her kits are born (NO GRAPHIC BREEDING)
- The gestation period for a queen is about one week, but on special circumstances the kits may come early/late
- The actual birthing of the kits will not be posted. The kits will just appear one day, and it will say something like "BLANK'S kits were born yesterday..."; their colorations/personalities may be decided by the mates via PM
- When the kits are old enough to be apprentices, the two mates are expected to play the characters, so don't breed unless you can handle however many characters are born; you can also give the kits to someone else to play, go to the board "Cat Friends"; to pick mentors, ask clan leader to pick, or ask a warrior to mentor you (see above rule)

StarClan Laws
- In order to share tongues with StarClan at the Moon Fall, you must be a Leader or a Medicine cat
- If you are a Warrior, you may only have dreams if StarClan sends them to you (in other words, unless StarClan contacts you through the Forest of Dreams, you can't have dreams with StarClan)
- When/if your character dies, they join StarClan (if they believe in it or not)
-All StarClan members have the ability to send dreams to other Warriors
- When you are in StarClan, you are permitted to talk with other desceased Warriors, but not those that are alive (unless through a dream or through visions or water)
- To become a part of StarClan Council, you must audition at the Leader's Sign Up, unless you are a Leader, Deputy, or Medicine Cat; then your position is already ensured
