Spottedstar was leading a Hunting Patrol though the Pine Forest and Swamp. She was looking forward to the hunt. Most of the time she did not go on patrols, but today she had gotten everything done that she needed to do, so she had some extra time. The calico she-cat looked back at her patrol. "Ready? Okay lets go!" Spottedstar meowed, tring to hide her excitment. She walked on the path that lead to the Pine Forest and Swamp. Today they would be hunting in that area. Spottedstar picked up her pace. She sniffed the air. Mouse, frog, and snake! The calico leader licked her lips. Spottedstar could already taste the prey now. She kept walking until she was at the the edge of the Swamp. Spottedstar turned around, she eyed her patrol. "First we will hunt here, then move on to the forest." Spottedstar meowed with her amber eyes glowing brightly.
